What are your minimum order quantities?
Flexible, so new brands can get to market. Depending on your product and format, that might mean a smaller first run or flavours split across a batch.
How long does a project take?
Typically 12–16 weeks from signed-off brief to first batch. You’ll leave the scoping call with a dated plan, and each stage moves as soon as you approve it.
Do you charge for development?
Yes. You’ll have an indicative price before you commit, and the development fee is credited in full against your first order.
Who owns the formula?
Your active formula is yours, disclosed in full. Our flavour systems stay with us. Moving to us? We’ll match the flavour your customers already love.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you share your brief.
Can you make products for tested athletes?
Yes, and we have. Tell us at the start and we’ll check every ingredient against the WADA Prohibited List during development, then work with HASTA or your chosen program to certify the finished product.
